·Other duties will include the maintenance of customer support documentation including system overviews, user manuals, user training records, system release notes and system fault logs etc.
·Full product and technical training will be given where necessary.
·As a member of the support department the successful candidate may at some point be required to be part of an out of hour's first line support roster. A technical second line support system provides full backup to support staff on this roster.
