Reservoir/Senior Reservoir Engineers

Responsibilities will include the technical analysis of field data supplied by partners. This may include geophysical, geological, petrophysical, reservoir, production, drilling and economic data, and project investment terms. The Reservoir Engineer will then prepare a recommendation for management on whether or not to invest. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Must be a self-starter and able to work on own initiative
• Must be highly skilled in reservoir and production engineering.

Should have experience in several, if not all, of the following:

• Well and reservoir performance analysis and prediction, reservoir simulation;
• Field development plans;
• Production forecasts, reserves assessment;
• Uncertainty and risk analysis to characterise production profiles, reserves and project economics;
• Log analysis and petrophysics;
• Production optimisation;
• Preparation and delivery of technical presentations for management reviews, peer reviews and technical committee meetings.
• Must be very proficient in a range of software tools.
• Possess a Degree in Petroleum Engineering, physics, maths or engineering, or equivalent.
• Must possess 2-7 years experience with operator or consultancy for the position of Reservoir Engineer.
• Must possess 8+ years experience for position as Senior Reservoir Engineer. The job title selected will depend on the successful candidates level of skills and experience. This position will require both national and international travel.
