We are delighted to be working with this Global supplier of fluid connectors, hoses, fittings, instrumentation and process control products in their search for a talented individual to lead the way in IT Training.

You will be tasked with evaluating, developing, implementing and delivering a comprehensive and effective learning solution to both existing and new users of the Syspro system.

You will be supporting the Line Manager's in identifying the learning amp; development needs of their employees, in relation to their use of Syspro, and to satisfy those needs by developing and evaluating suitable learning solutions.

Responsibilities:
To develop a comprehensive understanding of the Syspro system in terms of it's capabilities and user requirements.
To evaluate current practise from appropriate personnel for the designated processes.
From the evaluation, develop comprehensive training material for each area of the system, taking into account user requirements and system capabilities.
To develop and implement a learning needs analysis and work with Line Manager's to establish the learning amp; development needs of Syspro users within their departments.
To organise, develop and deliver effective learning solutions to satisfy the identified learning amp; development needs of system users.
To manage the delivery and achievement of the learning solutions and programmes as required
To ensure the implementation of appropriate evaluation processes in order that the value added by the learning solutions can be demonstrated.
To establish and maintain information on identified learning needs; learning activities undertaken and evaluation of learning activities in order that management reports may be prepared as required.
To assess learners using a range of methods.
To enable learning through presentations, demonstrations, instruction and coaching.
To create a climate that supports and promotes learning.
To continually develop and update training sessions and materials.
To respond to changes in learning/development and competency.

Required :
Advanced level experience of use of an ERP System
Experience of working in an IT environment
Experience of delivery of IT training.
Experience of formal competency assessment.
Experience of writing training and development materials
IT Academic Qualification
