Our client a property specialist who pride themselves in building strong client relationships in the North East is looking to recruit a Property Consultant to join their team. The main purpose of the role is to attend property valuations and provide marketing guidance and quotes to existing and prospective clients; to attend and note marketing particulars and arrange to take on properties to be marketed for sale by the firm; to assist both colleagues and clients, as reasonably required, relative to the sale of properties marketed by the firm.

Previous experience in a similar role essential
Good sales and IT skills preferred
Valid UK Drivers License Essential

Core Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday Rota: - 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 13 Saturdays per calendar year,
(Monday off, when Saturday worked).

Our city south client is currently seeking a Travel Administrator to join their team on a temporary assignment.

This assignment is due to commence on the 26th July and last for approx 4 weeks.

General Administrative duties in support of this.

Responsibilities:

·Assist with enquiry review: preparing quotes/bids and proposals for products and services
·Assist Sales team in exploiting and developing sales opportunities and maintaining a high Company profile
·Collate pricing information, payment terms, contractual terms amp; conditions to be included in the quote/bid
·Compile, maintain and assist in reviewing costs and pricing spreadsheets for all relevant products and services
·Review historical quotes, purchase orders and sales orders to accelerate the bidding process
·Produce and update commercial reports and summaries
·Develop commercial performance statistics
·Develop commercial department processes and procedures to ensure efficient client response to enquiries.
·Update and maintain the daily enquiries
Assist with the preparation of commercial presentations
·Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in timely manner
·Assist with preparation of cost models which include costs, commercial terms, net and gross margin amp; sale price
·Liaise with the purchasing and manufacturing department to request component costs, sub contract costs and labor hours as well as break down bills of materials to their component level to price each individual part including raw material, labor hours and sub-contract work required to manufacture the equipment
·Interface with the commercial team to assist amp; validate forecast amp; actual bookings
·Attend various workload amp; pre-provisioning meetings to keep the Proposals, Sales amp; Manufacturing departments informed of requirements
·Collect FPAL feedback from customers

Qualifications:

·SVQ/HNC/HND in Business Administration or equivalent preferred
·Previous administrative experience within commercial department
·Clear understanding of database management, with advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
