Excellent opportunity for a Part Exchange Manager to join a leading Construction organisation in the North East of Scotland. This position is ideally suited to a driven sales professional with excellent negotiation skills. Applicants will have a sound knowledge of the conveyancing process and extensive exposure to working within the property industry. This position will involve the following responsibilities:

·To work with the existing sales team in promoting amp; selling the part exchange service
·To negotiate successful purchase amp; re sale of PX units in line with set criteria
·To engage with amp; manage appointed PX partners to ensure delivery of their KPI's
·To provide accurate amp; timeous reporting to senior team to ensure operation remains with acceptable operating boundaries.
·To engage amp; work along side the sales managers amp; marketing dept to ensure a consistent amp; cohesive approach.
