Key Tasks
- Overall responsibility for day to day operations
- Direct handling on important files
- Managing branch work flow
- Ensure work completed within SLA\'s
- Support and advise operational staff
- Ensure prompt/accurate delivery of freight quotations
- Point of contact with Head of Business Unit for all activities within the branch
You MUST possess the following:
- Previous experience in logistics/freight forwarding handling Oil and Gas movements
- Experience in exports (more important than imports)
- Experienced in handling large enquiries/movements
- Team spirited and extremely driven
- Experience of West African freight movements a distinct advantage
