Congratulations Catherine

It has been an eventful few months for aaa's Associate Director Catherine Brown. Following a well-deserved promotion Catherine has recently graduated from RGU with an MSc in Human Resource Management.
Director Gus Porter explains, "Catherine has always believed in the importance of "life-long" learning, applying theory and knowledge to the workplace. Having graduated from her Undergraduate Honours degree in 2002, Catherine joined aaa in 2004 and instantly wanted to enhance her knowledge through working towards her professional recruitment qualifications, in which she went on to achieve a Distinction. Through her continued career progression at aaa, in 2007 Catherine realised that attaining a professional Post-graduate qualification within Human Resource Management would greatly enhance her knowledge in the sector and add sound theory and value that could be applied to current working practices. aaa has always believed in supporting their staff in achieving their learning and development goals and so were delighted to support Catherine through her Post-graduate qualification. After three years of juggling a busy full-time workload at aaa with her studies, Catherine has successfully become a Chartered member of the CIPD and achieved the MSc in Human Resource Management, graduating from RGU in July 2010".
Congratulations Catherine from all at aaa on tremendous achievements.
