They take the time to understand the role and or the assignment and from my experience alone, they build lasting relationships based on honesty and trust, both of which are very important values in the often fickle world of recruitment. They also assemble accurate profiles of their customers so that candidates have as much information as possible available to then ahead of an interview or before they commence and assignment. Their knowledge of the industry sectors and local market place is also excellent. This is especially true within the Accountancy field, however they are also clearly focused on other appointments and have an excellent grasp of contemporary salary levels and employee benefits in the Aberdeen area and beyond. They are especially quick and efficient at responding to requirements but not that quick that they do not pay sufficient attention to the client’s requirements. I have no reason in over 27 years to doubt their professionalism.
