For every temporary assignment completed we ask our clients to complete an assessment form and give them the opportunity to nominate temp workers for our temp of the month award.

The lucky winner receives gift vouchers, an award certificate, a bottle of wine or flowers and their picture on our website.

Here is what Rachel Grant at RGU has said about both Jennifer May and Rachel Bentley for Temp of the Month - Joint Winners.

Rachel has proved to be a competent Student Advisor, who began at the Garthdee InfoZone during our peak enrolment period, where lengthy queues were dealt with all day every day for a key three-four week period covering induction and start of term. Hence, Rachel was given a very difficult and intensive assignment, however she approached the role with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help students. She remained calm despite the long queues, and quickly gained confidence in the role. Now that we are less busy, she is keen to take on more work and is regularly updating our Twitter page and is currently designing the next issue of our newsletter. She has a lovely manner with the students, and is a pleasure to work with.

Jennifer, who has been based at our quieter St Andrew St site, has proved to have strong customer service skills and a keen desire to learn the role. She is willing to take on more work, and has displayed considerable enthusiasm for all additional tasks she is given, including designing power point posters and writing text for our newsletter. She is a quick learner and is very conscientious. Again, a pleasure to work with and a credit to the agency.
