Our client are a leading International energy services company and are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to join their organisation and take overall responsibility for the execution of commercial activity.

Responsibilities:

·Execute Commercial Management activities on individual opportunities in partnership with GTS Sales and in conjunction with Commercial Management processes from proposal development through contract negotiations and opportunity closure.
·Manage opportunities using a structured project management approach.
·Coordinate with Product Management and Customer Services for scope of work and technical validations and to obtain most current cost data.
·Coordinate all required resources to seek guidance and obtain internal approvals for finance, legal, tax, insurance and other potential risks within a given opportunity.
·Develop financial models for each opportunity accounting for cost of scope and risks and in alignment with market based pricing and client objectives.
·Articulate value proposition in line with the identified customer drivers in order to maximize the customer's view of solution benefits.
·Prepare targeted and strategic proposals for GTS sales delivery.
·Participate in contract negotiations, managing all internal support and approvals.

Qualifications:

·Knowledge of GTS/PPS market and product offerings.
·Strong commercial sense.
·Direct experience with contract terms amp; conditions as well as contract negotiation skills.
·Demonstrated experience in sales strategy development.
·Excellent communication and presentation skills.
·Skills in commercial risk evaluation and mitigation strategies.
·Ability to analyze scenarios and make decisions.
·Knowledge of International Commercial transactions.
·Experience in negotiating in different international markets and cultures.
·Degree in Business Studies or Law would be advantageous though not essential.
